“We have been training together with Dillon for over a year now and have seen our strength and fitness improve (and our clothes fit looser!). Dillon creates workouts that work for both of us, taking into account our individual strengths and weaknesses. "Over 2 years ago, I approached Dillon to learn more about her personal training services. I was interested in working with someone to make exercise a part of my regular routine, something I had never done on my own. We started with fitness testing and talked about a few other goals, like weight maintenance, and general strength building. Her fitness testing is thorough and gave me real measures of my health/fitness so that I don't look only to the scale as a guide. Dillon is consistent and thoughtful in developing our workouts towards the goals that we've developed together, and always encouraging me to work my hardest and make commitments to myself to reach the goals that I've set for myself.
I would say that I'm a tough client. I don't really like exercise and have a hard time making it a part of my regular routine. Dillon goes the extra mile to help me face these challenges. She's always coming up with tips, tricks, and side-line plans to encourage me to work out on my own.
