HALF MARATHON TRAINING
Join us as we train for the Seattle Rock-N-Roll 1/2 Marathon on June 26, 2010.
Training starts Tuesday, March 16, 7:00pm at Lower Woodland Park at the Greenlake Track (Field #7). Download information, pdf file.
Our complete training program includes:
• 15 week training program, 22 training sessions
• Speed/interval workout on Tuesday evenings
• Long group runs on select Saturdays
• Course specific runs and hill training
• Complete training schedule for beginners and intermediate runners
• Soma Training workout shirt

TUESDAY NIGHT RUNNING GROUP

Training starts Tuesday, March 16, 7:00pm
Whether you’re new to running or have been pounding the pavement for
years, our running group will significantly improve your
running performance. We combine intervals with speed work for a total
body workout that keeps you strong on hills and steady on flats.
Plus, we pair you with a running partner that’s just your speed. Join
a group of runners that will encourage and challenge you.
When: Tuesday evenings, 7:00 - 8:00pm
Where: Lower Woodland Park at the Greenlake Track (Field #7). Meet on the inside of the track by the bleachers.
What: Bring running attire, shoes, water and proper payment.
Coaches: Dillon Kreider & Rachel Scheiner
Cost: $60/month, $15 drop-in
