PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
I craft the perfect plan to keep you motivated. My approach looks at the whole person and their athletic ability. From there, I devise a training regimen that ensures you will never plateau. Private sessions at The FITNESS LAB, Denali Fitness, in your home or outdoors. Each session is 55-60 minutes.

PARTNER TRAINING SESSIONS
Partner training is great for those who appreciate the physical and the social aspect of working out. It’s also more fun, inspiring and affordable. Sessions can accommodate 2 - 4 people and are geared toward the entire group’s goals.

HOME VISITS & OUTDOOR TRAINING
Your home gym equipment is good for something other than hanging clothes on. Don’t have any equipment? No problem, I’ve got bands, medicine balls and more that I can bring with me. All visits outside of the gym depend on location and number of participants.

Community parks are a great space to get together and create custom workouts. Boot camps, running groups, resistance training and more. Any idea you can think of, I can do. I provide bands, medicine balls and plenty of motivation

SWIMMING INSTRUCTION PRIVATE & SMALL GROUP LESSONS
Get more confidence in the pool or the open water while improving your stroke. I provide one-on-one instruction at your gym, community pools or in the lake. Each lesson includes drills and a workout that will improve your efficiency in the water.

TRAINING SESSIONs
All training sessions listed above are 55-60 minutes. Participants must complete a health history form and sign a waiver before participating in any exercise session.

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time or you will be billed in full. Washington state sales tax is applicable.
