Do you have a race or two lined up in your future? Not sure where to start? Or are you ready to set a new personal record? If you are ready to start a running program or want to add a new dimension to your training then join Soma's Running Club! Soma Training has training programs for beginners and intermediate runners. Programs range from walk/jog, track workouts, speed intervals, hill training and structured long runs. If you need to improve your run then this is the place to start. Private and group training available.
Tuesday Night Running Group
Whether you’re new to running or have been pounding the pavement for years, our running group will significantly improve your running performance. We combine intervals with speed work for a total body workout that keeps you strong on hills and steady on flats. Plus, we pair you with a running partner who is just your speed. Join a group of runners that will encourage and challenge you.
When: Tuesday evenings, 6:30 - 7:30pm
Where: Lower Woodland Park at the Greenlake Track (Field #7). Meet on the inside of the track by the bleachers.
What: Bring running attire, shoes, water

Cost: $60/month, $15 drop-in; cash or check accepted
