Private Training Sessions

My approach considers who you are as whole person. What are your goals? What your abilities? What is your dream for a better body? From there, I devise a training regimen that ensures that you will improve your fitness, improve your health and improve your life. Together we create a plan that works with your schedule and makes the best use of your time. Private sessions can be held at the Fitness Lab, Denali Fitness, or outdoors.

Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions

Semi-private personal training is the most effective way to get into shape quickly. Semi-private personal training is great for those who appreciate the physical and the social aspect of working out. It’s also more fun, inspiring and affordable. Sessions can accommodate 2 - 4 people and are customized for individual goals. Your fitness coach will create the best program for your fitness goals. Your program will include nutrition recommendations and a nutrition journal. You are guaranteed to see results! Go to the class schedule for semi-private personal training sessions. New times will be scheduled based on demand.

Additional Information

  • All training sessions listed above are 55-60 minutes.
  • Participants must complete a health history form and sign a waiver before participating in any exercise session.
  • All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time or you will be billed in full.
  • Train at the Fitness Lab or Denali Fitness.
  • Training fees outside of the Fitness Lab or Denali Fitness depend on location and number of participants.
  • Training programs for triathlon, marathon, half marathon, specific event training are subject to additional fees.
  • Washington state sales tax is applicable to all sales.
