A 6 Week Plan to Lose your Love Handles
Committing to this six week program holds you accountable, not only to yourself, but to me and the other participants. Your success depends on your dedication and commitment to the program. You’ll also need a little determination, a dollop of courage and a belief in yourself to make this positive lifestyle change. You will be successful by attending weekly semi-private personal training sessions, group classes and when you commit to doing weekly cardio workouts.
You will improve your diet by eating clean, well balanced meals throughout the program. Good nutrition is the key to shedding your extra pounds and inches.

As part of the Challenge, you are strongly encouraged to use a heart rate monitor that counts calories burned during exercise. The heart rate monitor is not required but it will contribute to your ultimate success.
BEFORE/AFTER
You've probably seen many of those amazing before and after photos of people just like you who have successful weight loss stories. We will take before and after photos, measurements that include: body circumference, weight, and body fat. Your final results will show you how many pounds of body fat you have lost and lean muscle mass that you have gained.
Initial assessments will be taken Sunday, March 18, 9 - 12am. Final assessments will taken the final week of the challenge.
YOUR STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS
You will attend three energetic, calorie burning, metabolism boosting workouts per week. The workouts are designed to be safe, effective and fun. Classes will be held Monday and Wednesday: 10:00 - 11:00am, 6:30 - 7:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 - 7:00am, 6:45 - 7:45pm and Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00am.
YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM
I will provide you with a variety of cardio, indoor and outdoor workouts that will ramp up your calorie burning machine. Workouts can be done indoors or outside and range from 30 - 60 minutes. You will commit to doing 2 workouts on your own per week. If you miss a class for any reason, you will have workouts on hand to keep you on track.
YOUR CLEAN EATING PLAN
You probably think that your daily eating habits are OK – they just need a bit of tweaking. In fact, you could probably eat healthier, cleaner and enjoy your meals even more with meal plans and recipes that I will provide. Don’t worry – no crazy diets or weird ingredients. This plan is just a simple road map to help you improve your daily diet and create a healthier lifestyle.
