Dillon Kreider
SOMA, Greek for body, is a personal training company founded by Dillon Kreider that provides fitness services for individuals of all ages and experience. She specializes in functional training which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Whether you are a runner, a triathlete, a non-athlete or a homemaker who wants to carry her children without injury, Dillon's approach to training and exercise will greatly improve your fitness and health.
Dillon completed her Fitness Specialist/Personal Training Certificate at Lake Washington Technical College in 2003. She is a Certified Health Fitness Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine, which promotes and integrates scientific research, education, and practical applications of sports medicine and exercise science to maintain and enhance physical performance, fitness, health and quality of life.
Growing up in rural Montana, Dillon was a basketball and track athlete throughout high school. She completed a Bachelors of Fine Arts at Montana State University in 1996 while always finding time to mountain bike, ski, snowboard, rock climb, kayak, canoe, fish and skydive.
Since moving to Seattle, Dillon has competed in several triathlons in the Northwest and trained triathlete groups for Team Danskin. In 2006, she climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and went on safari. In June 2009, she ran her first half marathon (Seattle Rock-n-Roll) and in December 2009, she ran her second half marathon in 2:02. She is pictured with her sister at the 2010 Las Vegas Muddy Buddy.
She is the owner of The Fitness Lab located in Fremont.
Kim Lerner
For over a decade fitness has been a huge part of Kim's life. She became a personal trainer and instructor to help others realize the benefits of embracing a fit lifestyle. Kim believes that exercise should be fun and never monotonous. As a mother to an 18 month old she understands the challenges of making time for a good workout. She will make the most of your time with an effective, balanced, and fun workout, which you’ll be sure to feel the next day (in a good way).
Kim leads Body Revolution classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Kim is a certified personal trainer by NASM
Jill Perrigoue
Jill Perrigoue was born and raised in Washington State and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Throughout those years she has held many roles within the industry, from group fitness instructor, personal trainer, running coach, and competitive runner. Physical activity, health and fitness have always been a very important in element in her life and she loves to share the passion she has for healthy living with others and help them meet their personal fitness goals. Running is a strong passion for Jill and she has completed numerous 10k’s, half marathons and over 13 full marathons.
Jill’s specialties include running of all distances, strength and conditioning, core strength and balance, as well as functional fitness, boot camp and ski conditioning.
Jill’s philosophy in regards to fitness: The road toward fitness and health should not be intimidating. It is never too late to take that first step toward a healthy lifestyle. Fitness should be fun and fit in with each person’s individual life and goals. Each person’s fitness program should be as unique as the person themselves. You owe it to yourself to be the best you that you can be.
Jill currently coaches running groups for Soma Training. She is an ASCM certified personal trainer and ACE certified group instructor.
