30 Minute Express Workout

No time to spare? Squeeze our effective 30 minute workout into your day! No time for cardio? Get your heart rate up in this fast paced, total body workout that will torch fat and blast calories. Less is more when your workout is designed for quality over quantity. 

Arrive a few minutes early for a quick warm up or stay a few minutes after to stretch and relax. Private showers available so you'll look great and refreshed at your next appointment. 

This is an ideal workout for anyone who has not participated in a regular exercise program.

EVERYDAY ATHLETE

Train Smart. Burn Fat. Build Muscle.

Build your ideal body in this challenging, safe, and progressive workout that teaches participants how to use their bodies efficiently. Combine full-body strength training, agility drills, and core movements designed to improve your speed, balance strength, and endurance.

This class features workouts that are repeated for 4 weeks to build strength, improve balance and endurance. There are 2 different workouts per week focusing on different movements and muscles to give you a balanced program. You can start the program at any time and watch your body improve dramatically over time.

Combines strength, power, conditioning, and core exercises and varied functional movements performed at high intensities for short bursts of time or for a series of repetitions.
These workouts are highly effective in terms of improved fitness, weight loss, core strength, and stability.
The goal is to increase your resting metabolism following each workout to help you drop body fat.
Always Engaging and fun and can be adjusted for all levels of fitness.

Monday/Wednesday 6am classes are ideal for anyone who has not participated in a regular exercise program.

MET CON X

High Intensity Interval Training

Met Con X is our newest metabolic training session. In essence, it is a fat loss and fat burning tool that will get you into tip top shape. Met Con X workouts move quickly and include short bouts of intense work followed by recovery periods. EPOC expenditure after a metabolic session can burn fat for up to 48 hours AFTER you stop exercising.

All sessions start with a dynamic warm up and then go into a full body workout that includes speed and agility drills, TRX Suspension training, kettlebells and sandbells, bodyweight and dumbell training and much more.

Participants must have a strong fitness base before attending this class.
